Kaartdijin Oasis FZ-LLC (“Kaartdijin Oasis”, “we”, “us”) is a KHDA-Permitted Training Institute in Dubai Knowledge Park, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what we do with personal information when you use our website, enquire about a course, apply to study with us, or message us on WhatsApp.
Who to contact
For anything in this policy — including a request to see, correct or delete your information — contact us at info@k-oasis.ae or +971 54 792 9661. Our address is G06, B13 Dubai Knowledge Park, Dubai, UAE.
What we collect
When you enquire or apply
Our contact and application forms ask for your name, email address, telephone number and the programme you are interested in. The application form also asks your nationality, your current situation (student, working professional, or on behalf of an organisation) and when you would like to start. You choose what to put in the message box.
When you message us on WhatsApp
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform. When you message us, we receive your WhatsApp display name, your phone number and the content of your messages, and we keep that conversation so whoever picks it up next can see what was already discussed. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and their own terms apply to the delivery of those messages.
When you leave a review
We collect the name you give, your rating, the programme you name and what you write. Approved reviews are shown publicly on this website with that name attached, so please use only the name you are happy for visitors to see.
When you enrol
Learners are asked for the documents an approved institute must hold — typically identification, passport or Emirates ID details, qualifications and photographs. These are stored in our portal, are never published, and are served only to signed-in staff who need them.
When you simply visit
Our website uses two measurement tools: Google Analytics and the Meta pixel. They tell us how many people visited, which pages they read, and whether an advertisement led to an enquiry. They set cookies and send data to Google and to Meta, who may use it for their own advertising purposes. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile on our public forms to tell people apart from automated scripts.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and tell you about the programme you asked about
- To process an application, enrol you, and keep the records a KHDA-permitted institute is required to keep
- To issue certificates and confirm them when somebody asks us to verify one
- To understand which of our courses and advertisements people respond to
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations in the UAE
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass it to other organisations for their own marketing.
We share it only with:
- Meta — for WhatsApp messages you send us, and for the advertising measurement described above
- Google — for website analytics
- Cloudflare — for the anti-spam check on our forms
- KHDA and awarding bodies — where we are required to, or where you have asked us to submit you for an award or an examination
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an application are kept while there is a realistic prospect of the conversation continuing, and then closed. Learner records, assessments and certificates are kept for as long as our permit and the relevant awarding body require, because a certificate we have issued must remain verifiable.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to info@k-oasis.ae and we will respond.
You can stop receiving WhatsApp messages from us at any time by replying STOP, and you can unsubscribe from any email using the link it carries. Analytics and advertising cookies can be blocked in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use this site or apply for a course.
Keeping it safe
The site and portal are served only over an encrypted connection. Uploaded learner documents are held outside the public web root and are released only to a signed-in member of staff with permission to see them. Access to the portal is restricted by role and every change to a learner record is logged.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use personal information we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be notified to current learners directly.
