Usman Mumtaz is a seasoned finance, treasury, and accounting professional with over 20 years of international experience across the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia. Beginning his career in professional education in accounting, he developed a strong belief in learning that directly translates into real-world impact. He has since led financial strategy, treasury management, and project funding for complex, multi-million-dollar initiatives, building trusted partnerships with global institutions and supporting organizational growth and transformation. As the founder of Kaartdijin Oasis, Usman blends his deep corporate expertise with a passion for education to create practical, accounting- and finance-grounded programs that are future-focused, skills-driven, and designed to empower individuals and organizations to achieve sustainable success.

Ghias is a highly accomplished career advisor and SAT coach with over seven years of experience in college counseling at one of Pakistan’s leading educational institutions. As Senior Career Advisor at Beaconhouse College Programme, he has guided hundreds of students to top universities worldwide, helping secure more than $50 million in scholarships across the USA, Canada, and the UK, and earning recognition as Education USA’s Pakistan’s Most Successful High School Counsellor (2019). With an academic background in Aeronautical Engineering and an MBA, Ghias combines strong analytical insight with student-centered mentoring, using modern EdTech tools to deliver personalized, results-driven SAT preparation and strategic admissions guidance.

Ms. Saira Javeed is an accomplished education professional with a strong background in academic teaching, policy development, and child-centred learning. Holding an MBA in Human Resource Management and a Diploma in Child Care Training from Shaw Academy, Europe, she has taught at leading institutions including National Textile University and Hailey College of Commerce, contributing to curriculum delivery and academic mentoring. Currently serving as Director of Jarjums, a centre for children with special learning needs, she provides strategic leadership and champions inclusive, personalized learning approaches that support each child’s development, confidence, and independence.

Dr. Benash Sarwar is a distinguished Nutrition and Public Health academic and practitioner with over a decade of experience in university teaching, healthcare, policy advocacy and international development. Holding a PhD in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and multiple postgraduate certifications, she has trained and mentored thousands of students, frontline professionals such as health workers, teachers, dietitians while leading globally funded projects supported by organizations such as UNICEF, KOICA, USAID and other leading global institutions. Her work spans clinical nutrition, public health policy, curriculum development, and research published in international journals. Renowned for her practice-oriented teaching, global perspective, and inspiring mentorship, Dr. Benash equips students with the knowledge, skills, and ethical foundation needed for successful careers in healthcare, research, and international public health leadership.

Subhan Amjad is a Hospitality and Tourism Management Instructor at Kaartdijin Institute with strong expertise in Front of the House Management, Front Office operations, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage services. Backed by an academic foundation in Tourism and Hospitality Management, he brings valuable industry experience from internationally recognized brands such as Best Western Hotel and Resort, Serena Hotels, and Fly Jinnah Airline, where he served as Cabin Crew. In addition to teaching, he has worked as a Travel Agent and as a Recruitment Advisor for Emirates Airlines cabin crew drives. Certified in CPR, AED, First Aid, and occupational health and safety, Subhan is dedicated to delivering high standards of service, safety, and professionalism across hospitality, tourism, and aviation education.

Sohaib Khalid is a finance professional and trainer with over 12 years of experience in finance, accounting, and business advisory. He specializes in simplifying complex financial concepts and translating them into practical, real-world understanding for learners. With strong exposure to reporting, systems implementation, and business advisory, Sohaib brings hands-on industry insight into the classroom. Currently part of the management team at an established audit and accounting firm, he trains professionals across industries with a focus on clarity, application, and decision-oriented thinking.
